Tasmania Netballers to compete on national stage.
The Australian Netball League (ANL) was launched recently by Netball Australia due to the Commonwealth Bank Trophy competition finishing last year, and Tasmania, Northern Territory and the ACT were given an opportunity to field teams.
For the development of future Netballers, there needed to be another competition to bridge the gap between the various state leagues and the ANZ Championship.
